SANZAR has called for expressions of interest from applicants wishing to join Super Rugby from 2011.
It's the first step in the process to determine the location of the 15th team with a decision aniticpated by November
Geographical location and the time-zone will be a key consideration for SANZAR as the 15th team will play in the Australian Conference.
The Australian, New Zealand and South African Rugby Unions have been provided with the document so they can identify and liaise with any potential applicants from their countries.
The Samoan Rugby Union also has one so it can consider whether it wishes to mount a bid.
Potential applicants need to register their interest by July 22.
