The Rugby League Week magazine managed to coax replies from officials who are under instruction to keep their views to themselves.
The survey found Price and Manly's Matt Orford as the worst skipper to deal with while the Gold Coast's Scott Prince was the best.
Brisbane's Justin Hodges was voted the biggest sledger while the Canberra Raiders' Brett Finch, who's the son of the NRL referees boss Robert Finch, is deemed the biggest sook and worst behaved player.
Melbourne are also the team that shows the least respect, according to refs, touchies and video refs.
