Mosley gloats as BMW pull out of F1

The president of motorsport's governing body the FIA, Max Mosley, says the decision by BMW to pull out of Formula One backs up his case for a budget cap.

BMW Sauber has confirmed that they will pull out at the end of what has been a disastrous F1 season for the German car manufacturer.

Nick Heidfeld is 13th and Robert Kubica 15th, while the BMW Sauber team is eighth with just eight points.

And Mosley thinks it's more about the financial crisis than BMW's results.
