Muliaina says they'll be better this week

6:10 am on 31 July 2009

The All Blacks vice-captain Mils Muliaina says they've put last week's defeat to South Africa behind them and will be better prepared when they take on the Springboks again in Durban on Sunday morning.

New Zealand lost 28-19 in Bloemfontein on the back of just two full training sessions having beaten Australia in their Tri-Nations opener the previous weekend in Auckland.

Muliaina says the mood in the camp is good, they've had a full week to prepare this week and they've had the time to get things right.

He says a lot of their confidence comes from their second-half comeback and he feels they did put themselves in a position to win last week's game.

Muliaina says a lot of guys have come back from injury and they now have another game under their belt... and they've come a long way in the last week and they believe they'll be better this weeeknd.
