A five-wicket haul from offspinner Nathan McCullum was the highlight of the first day of New Zealand A's opening tour game in India.
In a two-day warm-up match against a Tamil Nadu Cricket Association eleven in Chennai, the home side won the toss and batted first making 293, with McCullum taking 5 for 85 and Kane Williamson 3 for 42.
