Too many lbw decisions says Black Caps coach

The New Zealand cricket coach Andy Moles says he's happy with most aspects of their game heading into the first Test against Sri Lanka starting in Galle today.

The Black Caps drew both of their warm-up matches with the bowlers in particular enjoying some success. However the batters could have done better.

While they spent some good time at the crease, there were few big scores and Moles feels far too many batsmen lost their wickets to lbw decisions.

New Zealand is likely to go into the Test with two spinners, while opener Tillakaratne Dilshan is expected to return from injury to play for Sri Lanka.

It has been raining in Galle and the forecast isn't good for the first day's play.
