Former Bath players Alex Crockett and Michael Lipman have appealed against the nine-month bans they received from England's Rugby Football Union after missing two separate drugs tests.
The RFU says they have not received an appeal from Andrew Higgins, who was also banned for the same offences.
The trio, who quit Bath in June shortly before they were due to attend an internal club hearing, will be eligible to play rugby again at the end of February next year.
