Counties-Manukau have beaten Taranaki 33-21 in fast paced Air New Zealand Cup rugby clash in Pukekohe.
The Steelers left wing Sherwin Stowers starred for the homeside and sealed Taranaki's fate with a well deserved try not long before fulltime.
The win is Counties first in this year's Air New Zealand Cup and lifts them off the bottom of the points table.
