The 3-time defending world single sculls champion Mahe Drysdale feels he's in possibly the best shape of his career heading into the World championships in Poland tonight.
Following his bronze medal effort at last year's Olympics, Drysdale will be looking to stamp his authority on the event again next week.
He has won 2 of the World Cup regattas this year and he says the last 5 weeks training in Switzerland has worked very well for him and the squad.
Drysdale says its been his best year so far and he's as confident as ever heading into the world champs.
