Australian netball coach Norma Plummer says the Diamonds will be taking their game against a World Selection side in Adelaide tonight as seriously as a full international.

Plummer, who watched the World team beat the Silver ferns last week, says every time they go out on the court they go out to win.

The Diamonds are preparing to take on the Silver Ferns in 3 matches next week.

Melbourne Vixens shooter Sharelle McMahon, who after almost two years side-lined from international competition will captain the Diamonds for the first time, says they team had a good mix of veterans and new blood.

There have been four changes to the World Selection Team from the New Zealand series.

Former Silver Fern Donna Wilkins joins the shooting circle, Wendy Telfer and Debbie White complete the mid court and Vili Davu makes up a formidable backline.
