The fullback Frans Steyn has been recalled to the South Africa starting team for Saturday's Tri-Nations rugby test against New Zealand in Hamilton.
Steyn's been promoted from the reserves bench at the expense of Ruan Pienaar in the only change to the Springboks side that suffered their first loss of the series to Australia last weekend.
The Springboks coach Peter de Villiers says it's a case of horses-for-courses as they're expecting the All Black first-five Dan Carter to kick quite a bit.
But few players can kick the ball further than Steyn and d Villiers says he will be able to play a key role.
The Springboks had delayed the naming of their team by 24 hours because of a hamstring injury to wing Bryan Habana and a groin problem with number eight Pierre Spies,
They've both been named but their injuries are still being monitored.
