The former Crusaders winger Sean Maitland will miss the remainder of Scotland's Six Nations rugby campaign after injuring his leg in the opening loss to Ireland.
The New Zealand-born Maitland, had already been ruled out of this weekend's test against England because of knee and ankle problems.
However after consulting an orthopaedic surgeon, Maitland's been told that while he doesn't need surgery he's likely to be out for two months.
