The Central Pulse have confirmed the signing of a tall Australian shooter for next season of the trans-Tasman netball championship.
Jane Altschwager, is a 1.93m former Australian team member and the Pulse head coach Yvette McCausland-Durie says they.expect her experience in the shooting circle to help their young and emerging players.
They've also re-signed Camilla Lees, a young centre court player who recently made the Silver Ferns squad and played for the Pulse last season.
McCausland-Durie says with Katrina Grant in the defensive circle, Lees in the centre court and Altschwager in the shooting circle, they feel they have the core of a competitive side.
