Springboks say they're only going to get better year on year

World rugby champions South Africa say they are still improving and can only get better.

The Springboks hope tonight's match against the All Blacks at Waikato Stadium will see them add the Tri-Nations cup to their trophy cabinet.

The coach, Victor Matfield, says the team can be developed every year, and with a lot of young players, the more exposure they get the more experienced they will become.

South Africa, who beat England in the final in Paris in 2007 to win the Webb Ellis Cup, have beaten the British and Irish Lions, Australia and the All Blacks twice each this year.

They have also overtaken the All Blacks at the top of the International Rugby Board rankings.
