The Phoenix let slip another great chance to secure three A-League points when a last minute goal saw North Queensland snatch a 1-all draw yesterday in Wellington.
The home side looked set for a win, thanks to a Leo Bertos goal, but they missed several other chances and conceded the equaliser after Chris Grossman drove home a deflected free kick.
The draw leaves the Phoenix in ninth with just seven points from as many games after dominating their last three matches but drew each of them 1-all.
