The All Blacks coach Graham Henry says he's not particularly happy with young players moving out of their franchise regions to play Super 14 rugby.
The Hawke's Bay wing Zac Guildford has signed to play with the Crusaders but will continue to play his provincial rugby in the Bay.... last year the 20-year-old was a part of the Hurricanes franchise.
Number eight Thomas Waldrom is another Hawke's Bay player to play his Super rugby outside the franchise region, while fullback Israel Dagg is another player being talked about regarding a transfer.
Henry says he is concerned about the impact in could have on the players....
