The Brazilian formula one driver Felipe Massa has been back in a racing car for the first time since his near-fatal accident at the Hungarian Grand Prix in July.
An unidentified source close to the Ferrari driver said Massa drove seven laps in a cart at a circuit outside Sao Paulo.
The 28-year-old Massa's outing was cut short by rain, and although his doctor said he suffered no pain or discomfort, he won't be returning to Formula One until next season.
