North Harbour and Auckland are through to the semi-finals of the women's interprovincial golf championships in Auckland, both remaining unbeaten with one round of section play remaining at The Grange.
The defending champions Waikato take on Northland in a virtual quarter-final clash today with the young northerners needing to win while Bay of Plenty face a resurgent Wellington side, who also must win to progress.
North Harbour beat Northland and Waikato, both by margins of four matches to one, yesterday while
Auckland cemented their semi-final place with two impressive 5-0 performances over previously unbeaten Bay of Plenty in the morning and Hawkes Bay Poverty Bay in the afternoon.
The final is also on Saturday.
