The England midfielder David Beckham is very likely to rejoin AC Milan on loan in January.
The Italian club's chief executive Adriano Galliani has told reporters in Monte Carlo he expects Beckham will be on loan again from Los Angeles Galaxy for six months until the end of next June, though he's not taking anything for granted.
England manager Fabio Capello has said Beckham must return to a top European side from America to have any hope of making his squad for next year's World Cup finals in South Africa.
Beckham and his American club have both said recently that a deal to take him back to Milan was close to being finalised.
