Ghana survive 75 minutes with 10 men to triumph over Brazil

Ghana have won the under-20 football world cup, beating Brazil in a penalty shootout in the final at Cairo, in Egypt.

Scoreless after 90 minutes, the game went to extra time and then penalties, Ghana winning 4-3.

Ghana played for more than 75 minutes with 10 men after a red card late in the first half.

It's the first time Ghana has won the junior FIFA tournament.
