The All Black coaches have announced their end of year tour squad, with four new caps the major talking point of the squad.

Hawkes Bay winger Zac Guildford, Wellington mid-fielder Tamati Ellison and Bay of Plenty first-five Mike Delany have been rewarded for their strong form in the Air New Zealand cup, while North Harbour lock Anthony Boric and the Canterbury pair of Corey Flynn and Andy Ellis return to the All Black frame for the first time in 2009.

The Otago winger Ben Smith is perhaps the surprise selection in the squad but the All Blacks coach Graham Henry says the 23-year-old has the skill set needed for wingers in the modern game.

The All Blacks' first game of the tour is against Australia in Tokyo on October the 31st. They assemble in Auckland on Monday.
