Auckland have scored a vital 37-14 bonus point win over visitors Counties Manukau to keep their provincial rugby play-off aspirations alive.
Auckland led 10-7 at half-time at Eden Park but finished strongly to set up what could be a semi-final decider in their last pool game at Waikato next Saturday.
Auckland are now sixth but a point behind both Waikato and fourth-placed Hawke's Bay.
