The Bart Cummings-trained three year old galloper So You Think has got the nod from the Moonee Valley Racing Committee for a start in Saturday's $3 million Cox Plate in Melbourne.

So You Think will be having only his fifth career start in what's regarded as Australia's weight-for-age championship, and the clear favourite in the 14-horse field is Whobegotyou, which will jump from barrier 10.

There are two New Zealand stayers in the field, Nom du Jeu and veteran Sir Slick, and the 14 runners have wom combined stake money of $26 million.
