Lyon's last minute equaliser put the French side through with Sevilla, who were held 1-1 by VfB Stuttgart but were assured of a top-two finish when Rangers drew with Unirea Urziceni in Romania.

Fiorentina's 5-2 win at home to Debrecen has really turned the heat up on Liverpool who need tqwo wins and other results to go their way.

Barcelona's hold on the trophy loosened slightly when they were to a goal-less draw at Rubin Kazan in Russia.

Inter Milan's late comeback for a 2-1 victory over Dynamo Kiev in Ukraine sees the Italian side go top of the tightest group.

If Barcelona and Kazan finish tied for second on points the Russian side would progress after winning in Spain.
