Ronaldo out of World Cup qualifiers

The Portugal football winger Cristiano Ronaldo will miss the World Cup two-legged playoff against Bosnia.
Ronaldo has not recovered from an ankle injury sustained in late September and will not play in the game in Lisbon on Saturday and Zenica four days later.
Meanwhile the Germany and Hanover 96 goalkeeper Robert Enke has died after being hit by a train.
