England's rugby league coach Tony Smith has resigned following his team's 46-16 loss to Australia on yesterday 's Four Nations final.
42 year old Smith said he planned to step down after the Four Nations regardlesss of the result.
Australian-born Smith has been England's coach since 2007 and his contract was due to expire at the end of the year. But he'll stay on as head coach at Warrington.
