Australian rugby league big-gun Matt Orford will play for English club Bradford Bulls in next year's Super League.

The Manly Sea Eagles captain has signed a three-year deal with Bradford to join former team mates Steve Menzies, Glenn Hall and Heath L'Estrange at the club.

Orford says he always wanted to finish his league career in England and felt now was the right time to make the move.

The 31-year-old turned down another two-year contract with Manly, but says he is leaving on good terms with the club.

Orford won the Dally M player of the season medal in 2008 after leading the Sea Eagles to an NRL grand final win against the Melbourne Storm.
