South Africans still fuming over butchered anthem

South African rugby fans' anger has mounted over an off-key reggae singer who "butchered" their national anthem before the Springboks' test loss to France in Toulouse at the weekend.

The South African Rugby Union has complained in writing to the French Federation about the singer known as Ras Dumisani, but according to the French team manager Jo Maso, the artist had been recommended by the South African embassy.

Dumisani insisted he sang beautifully, but there were problems with the stadium's sound system.
