There's no respite in sight for the Wallabies who've arrived in Cardiff looking to pick up the pieces of their northern tour after a demoralising 9-8 loss to Scotland at Murrayfield.

As if Australia's first loss to Scotland in 27 years wasn't dire enough, now coach Robbie Deans has to deal with a worrying injury list that could potentially wipe out six players from Sunday's tour-ending Test against Wales.

Centre Digby Ioane, halfback Will Genia, No.8 Wycliff Palu , flanker and captain Rocky Elsom, and props Benn Robinson and Sekope Kepu are all battling assorted injuries.

Deans hopes they'll be all available but the reality si they won't and his preparations wil be disrupted severely.
