Wallabies give support to Deans after horror run

7:28 pm on 24 November 2009

Australia rugby coach Robbie Deans is getting support of his players in the wake of the side's season to forget.

The Wallabies have won just two of their last ten tests - including their first loss to Scotland in 27 years last weekend.

Australian rugby CEO John O'Neil has already said Deans job isn't under threat but Wallabies halfback Will Genia says it's the players who should be held to account.

He says the players inability to adapt to changes in the game has led to their diabolical season and shouldn't reflect on the coaches.

Genia is calling for the Wallibies to lift their game this weekend when they play their last match of the tour against Wales in Cardiff.
