Lomu says All Blacks' season will be judged on France game

The All Black great Jonah Lomu says New Zealand's season will be judged purely on tomorrow's showdown against France in Marseille.

Lomu's told Reuters TV to forget the Tri-Nations and everything else, the season will be judged on this game.

And to some extent, the All Black captain Richie McCaw agrees the match is a season-defining Test.

He says although you shouldn't judge a season on one game, this one's the last one, the biggest and will be the one they remember over the summer.

McCaw's anticipating a bruising physical battle against the French in New Zealand's 14th and final international of the year, which will be a series decider of sorts against the tri-coloures, after their two-match series in June was tied at one a piece.

The 34-year-old Lomu says it's do or die and he's in no doubt over who he'll be supporting despite moving to France earlier this year, saying he's a through and through All Black supporter.
