The Russian tennis player Nikolay Davydenko has won the ATP World Tour Finals title with a straight sets victory over Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro in the final in London.
Last year's beaten finalist Davydenko won 6-3 6-4 in an hour and 24 minutes to claim the season-ending title, played for by the world's top eight players.
The win meant Davydenko jumped up the rankings to finish the season as the world number 6, while Del Potro remains at No.5.
The Russian, who beat Roger Federer in the semi-finals, picks up 2.1 million dollars for the win.
Davydenko downed the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open champions en route to claiming the title.
Americans Bob and Mike Bryan beat Max Mirnyi of Belarus and Andy Ram of Israel in straight sets to win the doubles title and regain the end-of-season number one ranking.
