The former world tennis number one Amelie Mauresmo has announced her retirement at the age of 30.
The winner of two grand slam tournaments says she's lost her desire to play the game that's been her life for 25 years, and she achieved all her goals, though she never made it past the quarter-finals of her home grand slam in Paris.
