Cooper's lawyers warn against pre-judging him

Lawyers for the Wallabies rugby centre Quade Cooper are urging the rugby public not to pre-judge their client who is due to appear in court later this week on a burglary charge.

It's reported that 21 year old Cooper was apprehended in the early hours of last Sunday after a Surfers Paradise resident found an entrance to his home damaged, and Cooper allegedly removing personal property.

Earlier this year the Australian Rugby Union fined Cooper 10-thousand dollars after a taxi window was broken in Brisbane, and he was disciplined again after a food fight in Canberra.
