Pakistan's afternoon in final Test match

Pakistan are 128 without loss at stumps in their second innings on day three of the decisive third cricket Test at Napier.

They trail New Zealand by 120 after bowling the Black Caps out for 471... skipper Daniel Vettori making 134 and Daryl Tuffey not out for 80.

Pakistan bowler Danish Kaneria took seven wickets in the innings.

Pakistan's opening batsmen fought back well to frustrate New Zealand in the final session on a batting-friendly McLean Park wicket, both Salman Butt and Imran Farhat making their half centuries.

Butt will resume tomorrow on 66 and Farhat on 55.
