Another young Wallaby rugby player is in trouble with the law.
The 20 year old Waratahs first five Kurtley Beale is facing an assault charge, less than a week after Quade Cooper allegedly broke into a Surfers Paradise home and stole two laptops.
According to news reports, Beale has been charged with common assault over what is understood to be an alleged domestic violence incident arising from a family birthday party in western Sydney in July, and he's due to appear in court on the 13th of next month.
