Draw made for men's hockey world cup

The New Zealand men's hockey team has been drawn with defending world and Olympic champions Germany in pool play for the World Cup in Delhi in February.

The Black Sticks arrive back in New Zealand today after their Champions Challenge tournament victory in Argentina and will have a short break before starting preperations for the World Cup.

Also in their group are the Netherlands and Korea, who are also ranked above them and Canada and Argentina.

In the other group are Australia, Spain, England, Pakistan , India and South Africa.

The top 2 from each group qualify for the semi-finals.
