The seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher says he's over the neck injury that stopped his comeback with Ferrari last season and after a three-year break he's regained his energy.

Schumacher has signed a three-year deal with Mercedes and will reunite with team principal Ross Brawn, the Englishman who was the brains behind behind all of his world titles with Bennetton and Ferrari.

Schumacher's presence on the grid will electrify the hugely popular sport as he goes up against the likes of reigning champion Jenson Button, the 2008 winner, Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari-bound Fernando Alonso, who are all much younger.
