The Oklahoma City Thunder NBA basketball team have exercised their third-year options on New Zealand centre Steven Adams.

During his rookie season with the Thunder, Adams appeared in 81 games, making 20 starts and averaging 3.3 points and 4.1 rebounds - ninth among NBA rookies in 14.8 minutes on average per game.
Adams was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team after being picked up as the 12th overall selection of the 2013 NBA Draft.
Oklahoma's also exercised a third-year option on forward Andre Roberson, and fourth-year options on forward Perry Jones and guard Jeremy Lamb.
