English football club Bolton Wanderers has sacked manager Gary Megson following a 2-2 home draw with Hull City which left the club in the Premier League relegation zone.
The club says Gary Megson the decision has been taken in the light of the position the club finds itself in at the halfway point of the season.
It adds assistant Manager Chris Evans and first-team coach Steve Wigley will take charge of first team in ther short term.
