The Western Sydney Wanderers coach Tony Popovic is refusing to respond to speculation he is in the running to replace sacked Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock.

The Wanderers suffered their seventh defeat in 10 A-League matches when they were beaten 1-0 by fourth-placed Wellington Phoenix in Wellington last night.
He has strong ties with Crystal Palace, having played for the club for five seasons between 2001 and 2006.
Speaking after the loss, Popovic wouldn't answer questions regarding his possible departure to the English Premier League strugglers.
"I'm not here to speak about any speculation, but if you've got questions on the game I'm more than happy to answer them," he said.
Popovic last month led the Wanderers to the Asian Champions League title, and has steered them to two A-League grand finals and one premiership.
Warnock became the first EPL manager to lose his job this season when he was axed by Palace on Sunday.
His dismissal came less than 24 hours after Saturday's 3-1 loss to Southampton, leaving the London club with just one win in their past 12 league matches.
The Palace board will be keen to make a swift appointment given the transfer window is days away from reopening.
One-time Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood and ex Norwich boss Chris Hughton are among those believed to be in the running for the position, with former Palace manager Tony Pulis another possibility.
