Collins joins French second division side

The former All Black flanker Jerry Collins has made the move to France at the age of 34.

Collins, who won 48 caps for New Zealand, has ended his sabbatical by joining French second division side Narbonne as a medical joker.

Collins spent time with Toulon and the Ospreys after leaving New Zealand before heading to Japan, where he been playing up until 2013 with Yamaha Júbilo.

He was arrested in Japan in 2013 for carrying a knife.

Collins opted to sit out rugby last year.
