Parramatta Eels coach Brad Arthur is playing down talk the New Zealand playmaker Kieran Foran has signed a deal with the National Rugby League club.

Speculation is rife that the Manly five-eighth wil confirm a four-year, $4.9 million deal this week to switch to NRL rivals the Eels from next season.
However Arthur says no deal has been done and refused to comment further on recruitment.
The loss of Foran would be a massive blow to Manly after his halves partner and fellow representative star Daly Cherry-Evans signed a four-year deal with Gold Coast last week worth around a million a season.
