Black Caps find stubborn resistance from Bangladesh batsmen

The Black Caps have run into some stubborn resistance from the Bangladesh batsmen in their cricket world cup match in Hamilton.

Having been 23-2 in the tenth over Bangladesh have got through to 138 for three after 33 overs, with Trent Boult taking two wickets and Dan Vettori one.

The batsmen out for Bangladesh are Tamim Iqbal (13), Imrul Kayes (2) and Soumya Sarkar (51).

The Black Caps skipper Brendon McCullum won the toss and opted to bowl with New Zealand changing their playing eleven for the first time in this tournament due to injury.

Fast bowler Adam Milne who suffered a shoulder injury in the win over Afghanistan last weekend in Napier has been replaced by Mitchell McClenaghan.
