Ryan Crotty has recovered from a head knock and will start at centre, while Mitchell Drummond will start at halfback.
Andy Ellis and Kieron Fonotia move into the reserves.
In the forward pack, Codie Taylor starts at hooker this week, while Owen Franks is the tighthead prop, with Ben Funnell and Nepo Laulala shifting onto the bench.
