The New Zealand driver Scott Dixon remains third in the IndyCar standings after finishing fourth at the latest race in Ohio.

Dixon, the defending champion at Lexington, started from pole but couldn't maintain the front running position with the race won by American Graham Rahal.

Three times overall series champion Dixon (2003, 2009, 2013), broke the lap record at the Lexington track on his way to qualifying fastest.

The 35-year-old won last year's race at Mid-Ohio after starting at the rear of the 22-car grid.
