However he will contest a his shoulder charge on Johnathan Thurston at the NRL judiciary on Wednesday night.

It is the first time an NRL player will challenge a shoulder charge since the governing body altered its interpretation of the illegal tackle a fortnight ago.

Warriors prop Sam Rapira will miss this weekend's home game against the Cowboys, after agreeing a dangerous throw charge on Penrith's former Warrior Lewis Brown.

Team-mate Sam Tomkins escaped suspension, the fullback's early guilty plea enough to skip a ban for his dangerous contact charge.
