Counties Manukau have recorded their second win of the provincial rugby season by beating Northland, 42-17, in Whangarei.

The victory over the second tier championship side has lifted the Steelers off the bottom of the premiership table, three points above Manawatu.
Cardiff Vaega, Viliame Rarasea and Frank Halai scored tries for Counties in the away win while Jordan Taufua bagged a brace to secure a bonus point.
Wisea Lawbuka scored Northland's only try in the one-sided encounter.
