Ford driver David Reynolds has been fined more than $27,000 for making an offensive remark towards an all-female team at the Bathurst 1000.

V8 Supercars boss James Warburton was quick to slam the "disgraceful" comment directed at Ford duo Simona de Silvestro and Renee Gracie, following Thursday's practice.
Former Sauber Formula One test driver De Silvestro and Queensland's V8 development series gun Gracie are the first all-female team at Bathurst since 1998.
Asked about the team, Reynolds said: "Don't you mean the p****wagon?"
"Reynolds' comments were disgraceful and completely unacceptable in our sport and he has been fined $25,000," Warburton said.
"Women are an integral part of our sport, whether they are fans, drivers or team members.
"And V8 Supercars will continue to support and promote female participation at all levels of our sport."
Reynolds has since apologised, and Gracie said she had accepted Reynolds' apology.
"Being female you always get comments that aren't as friendly as you want them to be, but it is something that I have learned to deal with," Gracie told Nine Network.
Early in the first qualifying session for Sunday's Great Race, defending Bathurst champion Chaz Mostert crashed spectacularly, pinballing off the walls as he reached the Forrest's Elbow section of Mount Panorama.
Mostert narrowly missed track-side officials as he crashed - he was reportedly conscious and talking, but had an injury.
