Top-seed and defending champion David Ferrer will play Jack Sock of the United States, after beating Lukas Rosol of the Czech Republic in straight sets.
Earlier Sock beat 4th seed Kevin Anderson of South Africa.
In tonight's last quarter final match, second seeded Frenchman Jo Wilfried Tsonga beat Fabio Fognini of Italy, meaning he will meet eighth seed Roberto Bautista Agut of Spain in the final four.
Agut beat third seeded American John Isner.
